Open as App is a platform that allows you to convert data from Excel lists, Google Sheets, or other data sources into apps. App creation does not require any programming skills.
With the same understanding of digitization, similar team structures and a shared location in Munich – within a few minutes walk – Open as App chose Salesfive as their implementation partner.
THE SPECIAL FEATURE
The all-rounder solution
By integrating PDF Butler and Zendesk, we developed an all-in-one solution.
PDF Butler makes it possible to create and send documents and quotes directly in Salesforce. With a simple click on “Download”, the document is automatically generated using the correct format and therefore no time-consuming manual work is required.
Zendesk has been integrated into the Sales Cloud to connect the internal ticket tool. Tasks from the service department are processed here. At the same time, sales staff can see where the service department currently stands.
