About the project
To offer hair transplants and autologous blood treatments for skin & hair affordably and locally: that is the mission of the Swiss company Hair & Skin.
Digital First – with this principle, the founders were already able to scale at bestsmile. They wanted to use these synergy effects for Hair & Skin and decided to hire Salesfive again for the implementation.
The special feature
Digital-first approach for patient management
In order to offer paperless management of patients, medical reports, and all appointments, Salesforce was extended to include third-party software Shore, JotForm and PandaDoc.
Connection with Shore as an appointment booking software: online appointment booking automatically triggers a notification in the Salesforce system to the assigned employee and stores all customer data in the system.
With JotForm’s forms, the customer has the ability to fill in all information independently and directly via the tablet – thus reducing the workload for employees and keeping the database up to date.
PandaDoc creates a flexible document workflow: intuitive creation, automatic sending of contracts and digital signing by the customer.
