About the project

Why Salesforce & Salesfive

Dyson is a global technology company. For the location in Switzerland, a partner was sought to bring together the sales successes of internal and external employees, as well as individual stores and shop-in-shop concepts on one platform. The tool should create clarity and transparency between all parties. 

And Salesforce and Salesfive were the perfect combination for this. On the recommendation of Dyson Germany, where Salesfive also acts as a partner, we implemented the wishes and goals of the Swiss locations. Salesfive's speed and expertise were particularly convincing.

  • Management of all locations (individual stores and shop-in-shop concepts) in Salesforce

  • Sharing Pix Integration: Photos are recorded in the Sales Cloud if something is wrong during Customer Check / UX Maintenance 

  • Comprehensive automations and creation of screenflows for the mobile app 

  • Document all products via custom fields 

  • Intuitive reporting & dashboards, such as the "Experts Seller Dashboards".
