  • Salesforce & MCAE Introduction: Become familiar with the terminology and navigation of the application and learn more about the connection between your Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement - keyword: connector and data synchronisation.

  • Scoring & Grading: Learn about standard scoring, grading, and scoring categories and how to get the most out of them for lead management.

  • Campaigns: Learn how to get the most out of the Salesforce Campaign object and use the campaign hierarchy to keep track of your marketing activities.

  • Marketing Assets: We show you how to quickly and easily create emails, forms and landing pages in MCAE.

  • Audience Segmentation: Discover the different ways MCAE can help you segment your audiences and learn the difference between static and dynamic segmentation lists.
