This is how visit reports work

Your sales representatives plan regular appointments with your customers or partners in Salesforce – including a clear calendar view. The reminder function provides the basis for task planning.
After an appointment, your employees can fill out the visit report with one click. Thanks to the mobile app for iOS and Android, the report can be filled out directly on site. Any data can also be viewed and edited in the app.
Information such as customer, contact, date and time (and other prefabricated fields) are automatically stored in the visit log form. Only the notes and the agreed conditions have to be filled out by hand.
Thanks to the e-mail template, the appointment summary can be sent quickly and easily to the customer.

Once the visit report has been filed and the appointment summary has been sent, your employees can see all the content at a glance. Automated reminders will notify you when a new appointment is due.
