Your tasks as a working student IT-support (m/f/x)
As a working student in Sales (m/f/x), you will actively support our sales team in acquiring new customers and help to drive our growth forward. You will contribute both operationally and strategically - from researching potential target customers to lead qualification and optimizing sales processes. With your communicative nature and your flair for good conversations, you are an important part of our sales success.
This is how you will help us to inspire new customers for Salesfive:
Proactively approach potential customers by phone to identify new business opportunities (cold calling)
Qualify leads and arrange appointments for our sales team
Research and identify new target customers and create account lists according to defined criteria
Maintain our CRM database and carefully document all customer contacts
Support the further development of our sales strategies by analyzing and optimizing scripts and processes
Create follow-up emails and sales documents to follow up on leads
This is what you should bring with you:
Ongoing studies at a German university
Strong communication skills and not afraid of direct customer contact
Initial experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing is an advantage
Structured and independent way of working
Confident use of digital tools, ideally initial experience with Salesforce
