Working student IT-support (m/f/x)

As a working student in IT Support (m/f/x), you are an important part of our team and support us in the administration and optimization of our IT systems. You will work with modern management solutions such as Intune and Kandji, manage user accounts, coordinate the dispatch of company devices and process IT support requests. You will also play an active role in the further development of our IT processes and gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic environment.

You will help us to take our IT to the next level:

• Manage user accounts for collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence

• Perform access controls and maintain system integrations

• Support the Salesforce connection and user administration

• Set up workspaces and project boards

• Coordinate the shipment and return of company devices and prepare devices for new users (Mac/Windows laptops, phones)

• Maintain the hardware inventory and manage the device life cycle

• Support with the implementation of mobile device management (MDM)

• Be the contact person for IT support requests and process software and user requests

• Research and implement solutions for IT services (e.g. DHL and Amazon services)

• Support with documentation and process optimization
