Senior Projektmanager (m/f/x)

AsSenior Project Manager(m/f/x), you will be responsible for managing complex and strategically relevant IT projects in the Salesforce environment. You will be the central point of contact for our customers, from conception and implementation through to successful rollout. You will not only act as a project manager, but also as a strategic consultant who creates sustainable solutions both internally and externally. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders and use your extensive knowledge of agile and traditional project management methods to successfully manage even the most challenging projects. Your many years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting as well as your leadership skills make you an indispensable interface for project success.

This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:

• Responsible for the preparation, management, implementation and follow-up of scoping workshops and project workshops

• Take over the independent management of projects with a volume of 100k and more and teams of 5-10 people using common project management methods

• Participate in the preparation, communication and negotiation of complex project offers

• Your tasks will include upselling, cross-selling and the strategic development of our existing customer relationships

• Participate hands-on in the Salesforce implementation and contribute significantly to finding solutions

• Responsible for successful project results in terms of time, quality and budget

• Support the expansion of our client relationships and the further development of our consulting approaches at a strategic level
