Salesforce Architect NGO (m/f/x)

Your tasks as Salesforce Architect NGO (m/f/x)

In your role as Technical Architect in the NGO Cloud, you will develop and design innovative technical solutions in the Salesforce environment. With your many years of experience in Salesforce consulting, you will translate complex customer requirements into customized Salesforce functions and successfully implement them together with interdisciplinary project teams.

  • Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions for our customers

  • Advise our customers on Salesforce requirements and best practices and show them scalable and future-proof solutions

  • Check the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions and ensure that the highest standards are met

  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project implementation

  • Always stay up to date with the latest Salesforce developments and actively pass on your know-how to colleagues and customers

This is what you should bring with you:

  • Many years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on non-profit organizations

  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud

  • Knowledge of the processes of NGOs and foundations and their specific requirements

  • Conceptual strength in mapping customer requirements in Salesforce functions and workflows

  • Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Leadership skills in technical teams as well as clear and effective stakeholder communication

  • Desirable certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect

  • Excellent language skills in German and English, combined with strong communication skills
