Your tasks as Content Writer & Manager (m/f/x)
As Content Writer and Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aimed at consolidating and strengthening our position as the market leader in Salesforce consulting in the DACH region. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our communication across all channels is coherent, impactful and aligned with our target audience.
This will help us to become even better known:
Be the main contact person for all questions relating to texts and content in the company
Develop and implement a holistic content strategy for Salesfive together with your colleagues
Independently create high-quality, SEO-optimized texts for various online and offline channels (e.g. website, blog, social media, newsletter, trade fair banners, sales documents, etc.)
Manage the entire content creation process, from finding topics and briefing our consultants to optimizing the texts and final publication
Select suitable images, graphics and videos and integrate them to present content in an appealing and easy-to-understand way
Work closely with the online marketing team to continuously improve the performance of our content
Continue to develop and optimize our guide and blog to add value to our customers and position us as a thought leader in Salesforce and transformation
What you should bring with you:
A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in content creation, ideally in the area of Salesforce and IT transformation
Sound knowledge of SEO, CMS systems and social media management
Excellent writing and communication skills to communicate complex issues in an understandable way, as well as a high degree of creativity
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Team spirit and experience in working with different departments
Experience in using common graphics and text editing programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and MS
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
