Cyrielle, Salesforce Consultant, Zurich
“As a Salesforce Consultant, I am responsible in the project team for analyzing customer requirements and implementing the requirements in Salesforce. I configure a lot in the system myself and, depending on the project, coordinate with colleagues from different locations and focus areas. Since I started at Salesfive, I have successfully completed seven certificates. I am currently in the process of digging deeper into the Marketing Cloud. I have support from our internal experts, who offer an in-house academy for interested colleagues. I already have my first Marketing Cloud certificate in my pocket. more to come!”

Najah, Solution Engineer, Munich
“Hi, I’m Najah. I started at Salesfive as a business analyst and then decided on the architecture path because I like working at the interface between business and IT and wanted to deepen my tech knowledge. In my current role as a solution engineer, I create solution designs for our customers and implement them together with the team in Salesforce. There is hardly a requirement that we cannot solve. If I get stuck, I take the topic to the weekly Architects Meeting, where we regularly discuss the projects and share our knowledge.”

Inga, project manager, Munich
“Hi, my name is Inga! I’ve been in the Salesfive team since hour one and was the first woman on board. Since then, I’ve been happy about every new member that we get as a Fiver. My role as a project manager is very diverse. Above all, it is important to me to manage the various stakeholders in the project and to be an important contact person from kick-off to go-live, where all the threads come together. In some projects I also take on the product owner role, so that not only my management skills are required, but also my technical know-how to ensure the best possible implementation for the customer. I always have an open ear for everyone in the company and like to ensure a good mood in the meetings, no matter what time. For me, this is just as much a part of my role as my “hard skills” in project management. “

Josef, Manager, Düsseldorf
“When I started as a Salesforce Consultant at Salesfive in 2018, I naturally saw a lot of potential in Salesfive and my role. The development that my location and myself have taken over the past few years has exceeded my expectations. We are now a team of over 20 Fivern in Düsseldorf and the growth continues. For me, that not only means a lot of responsibility, but also a still steep learning curve. I take on a coordinating role in projects, I know exactly the strengths of my team members and support each individual in their development. I really enjoy seeing how we grow as a team and tackle challenging projects. “
