In order to best prepare and support customers for the future with AI and to continue to be a pioneer in the field of Salesforce technologies, we at Salesfive successfully completed 100 Salesforce AI certificates.
There was also an award from Salesforce for this: the AI Master Award.
This means that we, the largest boutique partner in Europe, are now also the best qualified when it comes to Agentforce and AI implementation with Salesforce.

The AI certificates certify that our experts have a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce Einstein platform, the various functions and components as well as configuration and fine-tuning. The basic understanding of AI concepts, large language models (LLMs) and prompts is also tested.
With these certificates, the experts also prove that they have mastered the basics of AI, including predictive analytics, data analysis and Salesforce's proven AI principles in CRM system.
This means that we are now able to simplify business processes with the help of AI and automate manual tasks.
The AI Master Award was presented at the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour in Düsseldorf on November 6, 2024.
