We are happy to announce another significant milestone in our company history: the successful acquisition of fluent:cx UK, further strengthening our expansion course in Europe. With the consultancy’s in-depth expertise in AI, the use of Agentforce, and its renowned references in the UK, the Salesfive Group is ideally positioned for its growth strategy.

fluent:cx is one of the leading Agentforce partners in the UK and has implemented Salesforce solutions at numerous companies in the UK, including, insurance groups, media and telecommunications companies and automotive manufacturers. In addition to the Agentforce solution, these also include Service Cloud Voice, Financial Services Cloud and Media Cloud.
With this expansion, the Salesfive Group now has over 360 employees at twelve locations in Europe. This development underlines our position as the largest Salesforce boutique partner in Europe and strengthens our expertise in Agentforce and AI.
